MCWA wins 2024 JD Power Award

MCWA Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction

Monroe County Water Authority received the 2024 J.D. Power Award for ranking the highest in customer satisfaction with midsize water utilities in the northeast region. The award is based on the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Water Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study, which measured satisfaction among residential customers of 92 water utilities that deliver water to at least 400,000 customers.
